Anyone else had trouble with assembly?** A: Check that the handle piece is inserted all the way into the part below it. Had same issue; applied firm pressure downward into handle and tried the canister again. Bingo! Clicked right in. **Q: How heavy is this vacuum?** A: spec's say 13 lbs. i just purchased one for my 89 yr old mother who says its light for her. **Q: How can I order the blue one because I’m not given an option, only the red one?** A: It doesn't give the option to purchase the blue :( but the vacuum is great! **Q: How do I Change belt?** A: You will have to remove the bottom plate to access the belt and roller. The roller only goes back in one way, so check the ends of the roller to see how they slide in. Put the belt on the roller first, then put the other end on the drive shaft at the back of the foot section. Then lower the roller into the front by stretching and pushing down. at the same time.
