**Q: My item was not recieved**
A: Contact the vendor and Amazon Support.

**Q: What is the weight of cast iron rooster towel holder?. Don’t want one that will tip easily**
A: It’s got a good heft to it. Only problem I had with it was that the screw in the top of the column that held the rooster in place would loosen easily. It tightens back in with a hex wrench. A drop of adhesive and a good tightening will fix it.

**Q: To slide in the paper towel roll, do you have to unscrew the rooster on the top or is the rooster small enough for the paper towetube to go around it?**
A: You have to unscrew the Rooster top to slide in a roll of paper towels and / or remove the empty paper tube.

**Q: Can I get the rooster only replaced. It broke?**
A: I suggest you contact the vendor.

I always get Bounty jumbo paper towels. They fit a little snug for a wee bit. But this holder is gorgeous!! It's a true bright red and the rooster tops it all off. A nice addition to my kitchen.

This paper towel holder is very sturdy, does not move when you pull off a towel, and is a very pretty accent to the kitchen. It accommodates large rolls of paper. The only draw back is refilling the holder . The decorative chicken screws into the rod holding the towel roll and it is difficult to align the screw on the chicken with the screw hole in the rod.
