Arrived exactly as described. Container and lid are made of polycarbonate material (a must for safe cooking sous vide) and both have a very sturdy feel. Wire wrack is adjustable and fits nicely in the container with my Sous Vide machine. I bought this container to work with my 2019 Anova Precision Cooker. The lid and container fit like a glove. I used it first day for a 2.5 hr cook. My Anova kept a steady temp at 140 degrees for the entire 2 hrs without ever wavering, no dipping or raising in temp. This is way more efficient and precise than the open stock pot I was using before to cock sous vide. I contemplated going with a container with a neoprene sleeve to help maintain temp but now see that there is no need for that with this container. This container rocks all by itself and has no issues maintaining a consistent Temp. If you own an Anova Sous Vide machine, (either a Nano, Precsion or Precsion Cooker Pro) this is a must have. The 12 Qt Container size is great for cooking for 2 people and takes up very little counter space. If you are cooking for more than 2 people I would highly suggest getting an 18 Qt container. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great smaller Sous vide setup *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 22, 2020* I have three sous vide machines, for which I typically use larger containers. This more compact container with associated rack and cover perform like a champ. Especially now that we are cooking for a much smaller group of people during the "social distancing" rule. The sous vide machines work so much less hard now too, especially when higher temperatures are desired.
