It is the best product I could have bought. Full doses of neproxen & tramadol didn't help as much as this brace. I now manage on 2-3 ibuprofen a day.....no more high bp nosebleeds to endure!! ### ⭐⭐⭐ I can recommend it. *by W***5 on 1 November 2018* Basically a good product however, nothing was included to provide information on wearing or care for the item (how tight to apply it, how long it may be worn, can it be worn overnight/in bed, product care (cleaning, drying etc,,)). I know that most of this can be sourced from the web/customer comments, but to have reference material with the item would have been helpful. Having said that, I am - after trial and error, getting some welcome support and pain relief from wearing this brace, therefore I can recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aid for when my knee really needed it *by J***T on 29 January 2019* I recently twisted my knee and have been experiencing joint pain and some weakness. Having already had existing knee issues, I felt I wanted to look for a product to offer slightly more support that my usual tubular bandage, as I needed to return to work, where I am on the move a great deal, pushing wheelchairs and engaging in active pursuits.I was concerned about the sizing when ordering this item, as I do have larger thighs (am a size 16 female) and my measurement in this area was above those suggested on the size chart. I needed something asap though and couldn't find anything that seemed to suit my needs more.I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. It has elastic around the middle and thick velcro tabs forming the top and bottom, meaning it is easily adjustable. It doesn't feel restrictive when on and is comfortable, without any chafing or other such negative points. It fits me perfectly, despite my initial concerns.This product, of course, doesn't eliminate knee issues, but does enable the joint to be supported. I have found that after a fair amount of exertion in a day, I do still really struggle come the evening, and so this product does only help to a certain extent. It is ideal for people engaging in a sporting activity- it has been great for gym classes and meant I could go back sooner than I would have otherwise.I got this as it came up as during my search as something good for swimming, which I needed it for, for work. As such I thought it may be waterproof in some way. Unfortunately it did mean that it would be good during the activity, but would take a fair amount of time to dry and so couldn't be worn afterwards.I'm pleased with how this had helped and with the sizing.
