The biggest value for me personally is when towing my 20 foot trailer. I have asked the seller to send me an extension cable for the rear camera so that I could mount it on the back of my trailer. The seller sent me a whole new cam with longer cable. Now I can see in my rear view mirror inside the cab, all of the traffic, the cars, and activity behind the trailer. It's like my trailer is invisible. This was impossible to do prior to getting this camera installed....The picture quality is great with a high speed SD card (purchased separately) and recordings are very high quality (at least when playing back on the mirror itself as I have not tried to take the SD card to play it on my laptop - I should probably try to view on the laptop for a complete review). IT has been working great so far for about 6 months and being in Florida, the unit gets a lot of heat in the cab of a black truck. I have not used the parked car sensor feature yet and don't really have much need for it but I'll experiment with it eventually. So far the front camera records very well, the rear camera is a life saver and can be used as regular rear view mirror image but also record it at the same time. It also helps with blind spots when no trailer is towed. The only thing that I guess I could mention is that as the camera is strapped to the OEM mirror that was installed on the truck - the vibrations of the road make the mirror seem a tiny bit shaky at first. After a while you don't notice and get used to it, but at first it felt like I had astigmatism for the first few days of use. This does not appear on playback - it's when looking at the rear view reflection when driving / switching lanes etc. Overall - VERY HAPPY with a $70 unit. Seeing behind the 20foot Trailer when towing is worth that alone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Works well, is easy to install, though the directions on the rear camera could be better *by T***L on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2020* Overall a great product. Easy enough to install. Though the directions on the rear camera aren't as clear as i would have liked. They instruct you to wire the red wire on the rear camera into your backup light so the display will switch to the rear camera when you put your vehicle in reverse, but this is not required. You CAN simply leave it on all the time in rear view mode (which is what i do), because realistically you don't need to have it set to the front camera on the display at any time, because why would you?If you don't yet know, it does NOT come with the micro SD card, which is a requirement for it to function as a crash cam. The wires included are more than long enough for my Jeep Wrangler, leaving a LOT of extra left over, so i imagine you could fit it to many other vehicle types.Additionally, i installed the rear camera inside my Jeep instead of outside, both because i don't trust people not to steal the camera, and also because it is far easier to connect it to the front camera/display. I mounted it to a bracket i made out of two corner brackets for wood working, a couple straight bars (for repairing things), a little epoxy to connect those two, and a couple command strips to mount the bracket to my window. The camera itself i attached to the bracket with a couple magnets i attached to the camera with the included mounting strips. This way i can remove the bracket from inside my window if i want, and remove the camera from the bracket as well with no tools required. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to install and quality made in China *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2019* I really don't like buying Chinese goods because of the government, I held out hope until they violently took over HK.That said this product is solid and the customer service is great. Responsive and prompt in helping.The mirror is very wide and the camera slides out to accomadate my big thick Charger mirror. I ran the wire away from other electric and sound wires through the overhead liner, down the trim in the back and straight to my battery in the back, I mounted the camera on my pumper.Night vision is awesome, very clear and zero ambiguity.The quality of the recording is amazing to me and over all it's almost as if it were a stock item.They give you plenty of wire and again I am impressed with the quality craftsmanship, works flawlessly.
