In fact, I got the option to request a refund but I decided to wait a day. The next day it showed up on my doorstep. Hooray!Everything that I needed was included, nothing was chipped or bent. Everything comes labeled in plastic bags so before you start taking everything out of those bags just set them aside because you'll need to know the numbers and letters on them. I didn't have too much of an issue putting this together but I can see how people with less patience might get frustrated. Luckily for me I do put together things for work sometimes. I think it took me about an hour and a half with a break thrown in there. Some parts will not go together the way that they should if you tighten in one screw before putting the others in. Just put them in one at a time and then tighten.Once I had it all put together it looked pretty nice but I was afraid my queen wasn't going to fit on it. It did. And after putting the sheets and comforter on the bed it does look very nice. I am not going to jump up and down on it to test anything but it is quiet so far. I assume that with wear and tear that will not be so but I am not picky because I am deaf LOL.I picked this bed frame because I liked the scroll work and it is metal. So I am pleased overall. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a frame so this fit my budget very well. Great timing. I paid 184.00 with tax. It's the exact color ordered. It was okay to assemble. You may need help. I like the fact there were metal and rubber pieces to hold it together. You don't have to use a bunch of screws while laying the bars in the middle of the bed. These rubber like pieces snapped right into the holes and the bars slide right in that was the best part. There was also a rubber piece that sticks onto the middle bar of the bed to keep the metal from bumping. I will update later.Update Nov 2023The bed started to loosen, bars wouldn't stay in the slots. Screws start to pop out.
