I placed 2 orders. The first was for the ultimate bundle and a base (an early access item) the bundle shipped and was supposedly delivered but there is no proof of delivery and I never got the package. The second was for a couple other early access items. All in total more than $400 in sales. They flat out told me my only option is to pay $15 to ship a replacement order. If I refuse they cannot refund my order so I am out the money. What a scam. I canceled my remaining items and will never order from them again because of this. In my opinion this is a very poor way to run a business. Losing hundreds of dollars in sales over $15 in shipping is an odd way to operate. They said I could file a claim with FedEx but only the shipper can file a claim. They also did not investigate immediately and made me wait 5 business days. Claiming the shipping company often marks packages delivered before they actually deliver them (this is bull, my husband is a UPS driver and we know many FedEx drivers. They absolutely do not do this) had the company contacted FedEx immediately we might have been able to figure out where my package was delivered. It was probably left at the wrong house but it's been over 2 weeks of dealing with the company so there is very little chance of finding it now. I don't recommend buying from this company. They don't stand behind their products, shipments, warranties. **Q: Do the lager wheels work better for back pain than the smaller wheels. Have a 6 in now and debating on a bigger roller?** A: I only have the 6" wheel myself, so I'm not 100% sure, but I've read that the 6" wheel has the "deepest tissue massage effect". Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfectly targets the back muscles that run along the spine. *by K***N on November 19, 2025* Very well designed specifically for hitting the back muscles that run along side the spine with the key detail of having a channel that does not put direct pressure on the spine bone itself. The narrowness of it makes it really dig into the muscles unlike a regular wide foam roller that is wider and spreads out the pressure. I still use my regular foam roller but the Chirp hits that really good spot around your spine. The Chirp can crack your back, but I feel like that not made for that. A regular foam roller will do that just fine. This is a pin point tool to target the long mucles that run along the spine. The quality feel pretty good but I can feel it flexing a decent amount. Being made of plastic, albeit, high quality plastic, I can see it will probably break from going thru the stress cycles of flexing from daily use. I plan to find a piece of dense foam to fill the hole.
