This cup has no air holes! It took me 20 minutes to get the cup to pop open, and I ended up laying down and poking around down there until it finally opened. This cup is very large, and put pressure on my bladder and colon. Yikes. (Edit) I got my period and am now using the cup. I figured out how to get it to pop open and it works just fine. No bladder pressure or colon pressure, I just wasn't positioning it correctly. It contains my tsunami of a period and it is comfortable. Only downside is the suctioning to my cervix, as that makes my cramps worse.
