I love how it's not just recipes, but has instructions from picking your ingredients to how to start your own business. Not that I want to start one even though it could be a year round business for Texas. I just love that they are so open and honest from start to finish. The first recipe I tried was the Balsamic and strawberry pops. I was hesitant at first because the kids were looking forward to their first set. I didn't want to disappoint them if they didn't like our first batch. I went for it anyway because I love cooking with Balsamic. I did not need to worry. They are amazing! My son ran around the kitchen screaming, "Oh my gosh! These are so freaking good!". Over and over again until he was upstairs yelling it in his Dad's face. It was adorable, and we'll deserved. Simply amazing. I am so glad they have a recipe book so that I can attempt to recreate these amazing Popsicles! I had these when I was visiting New York and took a stroll through Chelsea's Market. They were by far the best popsicles I ever had and I was so sad I was only able to have one before leaving. I usually don't eat sweets anymore because the high sugar content and additives mess with my stomach, but this didn't bother me at all and that alone made me want to try it again.
