I had bought a big box of some dried egg cups that were microwaveable for my son before school mornings. I tried one and they were pretty good. I noticed they had dried onions and dried peppers and just some flavorings in with the dried egg and thought, “Hey we can do this!” I didn’t buy dried egg, because we usually have fresh eggs on hand, but these are great, thrown in when you start scrambling eggs, so they soak up the moisture, especially with a shake of minced onions and a shake of garlic powder. It is a simple and quick, easy, hot breakfast. Not as quick as the microwave cups, and a frying pan to clean, but so worth it. I definitely will keep stocking up on these.
