No mention of Lovebay on the box, just a tiny stick on address label. Probably called by other names by other suppliers. It appears to be supplied from China and if it is a drop sale the UK middleman is invisible.I suggest you'd be better off buying an ordinary ems machine and pads rather than a belt. And check in advance that it has proper legible instructions.However.......Now I've used it I like it but there's another issue. After four months of use one of the arm straps is o/s. It's not the battery, its a connection to an electrode on one side of the strap. There is no contact address nor any way to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. I contacted the manufacturer in China via Amazon for a replacement but have had no reply.Waste of money.
