The company does provide a phone but those are usually used to death and their batteries don't even last half a day. I had used a similar rugged phone in past so i decided to buy this Blackview BV6000S as i had heard good things about it from a friend who used it. The phone works very well, the battery is huge and lasts whole (10 hour work, screen, on all the time) day for me and still has some battery leftover furthermore te phone can also act like a powerbank and provide power to other devices in emergency ( I haven't tried this feature yet as i don't gave the cable required for that but it's a nice feature nonetheless). I now use this phone over the company provided one as this lasts me the entire day and does the job better.The phone comes with a power brick, charging cable, a pair of in-ear headphones and some tools which can be used to open the phone or insert sim/memory card. The packaging was pretty nice and it was a pleasant unboxing experience. Another thing which was included in the box was a screen protector. The screen is already very sturdy with Gorilla glass 3 but it's nice they included a screen protector anyways.The phone is very rugged and very well built. It's ip68 waterproof and dust and shock proof. The phone looks like it can survive a lot of abuse with the way it's body is built. Only time will tell but holding this phone in the hand feels very rugged and well built. I have used CAT phones in the past too and this feels pretty close to that quality. It felt very snappy and fast, i didn't notice any slowdowns in anything, from opening apps o playing videos.The screen is very nice and can get decently bright. I did notice it was on the blue-ish side, the screen seemed very cold. Everything i tried on it looked good, from Youtube to pictures to local video. There's a lot of buttons in the phone including an SOS button, a camera shutter button, volume rockers and the power button itself. The home/recent apps and back buttons are touch buttons at the bottom and they are backlit. The sound of the phone is somewhat low but i guess they had to make those speakers waterproof, hence the lower volume. The cameras are okay in outdoors bright light, it's lacking indoors where light is low but then again, this phone is to be used outdoors in outside tough working conditions whether it's construction work, deliveries or other such things where it's very much a possibility that the phone will be dropped or something heavy drops on top of it.The software is very close to stock and i didn't see any bloatware or useless/unwanted app. It was clean and simple. The android version on the phone is 7.0 which is fairly good, not the latest and greatest but this kind of phone is only to be used outdoors for work/tough working conditions anyways, so you might not want the latest UI/features. It also includes NFC which is neat if you use Google Pay like myself.In conclusion, very nice phone with some nice rugged body and cool features. Camera is okay outdoors, battery is the best thing about this phone in my opinion. Anyway, my main concerns... my phone seemed as though it was handled, it does not accept normal sized sim cards as used in USA and UK. The instructions are sooooooo bad - possibly written by the same people who have written the reviews. Not useable for me :-( I've searched online and not had joy.
