I passed my hair folicle flying colors. Your going to also need 3 hours of time for the full process and 7 to 10 days to complete the process 30 times or more since you may habe to do the process more than 10 times depending how regular your toxin use is. Also besides time being one of the main ingredients you will also need to buy Clean n clear deep cleaning astringent 2.0% 2 small spray bottles Tide liquid detergent -original Apple cider vinegar Shower caps Baking sodA Zydot Ultra shampoo blue box When using your 200$$ shampoo a little goes a long way using a lot is not goimg to make a difference get a good lather and completing the steps is key. Also i found doing two pigtails help me tons from hair being unmanagable that 200$$ shampoo strips your hair of ypur natural oils leaving hair feeling like a 40 year old brillow pad mad from titanium...braid your hair loosely.
