## Description

Avoid expensive repairs to cracks in your foundation by fixing them yourself using Flexomeric crack repair kits for foundations and basements. Flexomeric includes only the highest-quality concrete crack repair materials in its repair kits in order to insure that you successfully fill in cracks completely from the inside of the foundation wall through to the outside. The Flexomeric FLEXKIT-100 contains 2 single component, mid-range viscosity, high quality crack repair resin, crack surface paste and port adhesive, and ports needed to repair up to 8' long, 1/16" thick concrete foundation crack in an 8" thick wall. Flexomeric Crack Repair Resins can be injected into an actively leaking crack as it chemically reacts with water and bond to concrete to form a water-tight, flexible gasket through the entire wall thickness, eliminating any future leaks, guaranteed. Application is easy enough for even novices to do it like a pro. Please note that the kit does not include an injection gun and spray bottle, which are required for application.

Review: This Product works well. Great customer service. - I had over 10 basement leaks in our poured concrete basement walls. Some were addressed by the former owner but did not seem to keep the water out. One estimate was close to $30,000 to do extensive work. Another company wanted about $9,000 to strap the walls from the inside. Although I was a novice, I have had great success with this product. It fills the crack from the inside and the seal penetrates through the 8" thick wall to the outside. The seal looks like expanded foam but feels like rubber. I was a little messy at first but with experience, got better. There were 2 types of product, one is for regular cracks, the other is for hairline cracks. When some of the thinner material leaked past the seal of the caulk gun, I contacted the company by email and later on the phone. They were VERY helpful and spent over an hour talking to me. They also replaced the product that leaked past the caulk gun. From my experience, even the regular product made its way through the small cracks and that is probably what I would order if I needed more. Since I bought both products, I will repeat this review for both. Watch the Flexomeric video.
Review: Prep the area as instructed and go slow when injecting the product. - Worked great! I'm not the handiest guy, but the instructions were great, very easy. However, it is a little messy. Again, follow instructions and the mess is easily cleaned up. Important *** GO SLOW. I may have gone a little too fast, causing the above mentioned mess. Since this was done, I have not had a drop of water in my basement! Super product!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this be used to repair a crack in concrete foundation poured 50 years ago?**
A: Absolutely! There is no issues in using the Flexomeric resins to repair older poured concrete foundations.

**Q: Can this be used on a block foundation?**
A: I don’t see why not. I usually drill holes about 7 inch spacing to get the resin in deep.
Block is hollow but may be filled with cement so you may need extra resin which you can purchase. If the crack is wide then drilling may not be required. Good luck

**Q: My crack is about an inch wide and about one ft in length. Can i still use this product?**
A: The product says that it’s for cracks 1/16” to 1/2” wide. But it’s so easy and cheap compared to alternative fixes that I would still try it.

**Q: How many feet does one kit cover?**
A: I'd say 8-12 feet of crack. The deciding factor is the number of ports and the amount of epoxy, not the foam itself. And I was very happy with the kit.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works

The two components used to seal the crack, are better left overnight to solidify. The ports used, can be spaced much further apart then suggested, due to the fluidity of the sealant. Over-all, very good product. I’d suggest, from experience, that a port be put at the bottom of the crack, seal entire crack, place a port near the top of the crack, leave for a minimum of 12 hours, Then put the sealant in Top port until it pours out the bottom port, then cap off the bottom port, and continue putting sealant in. It is a very fluid solution, and will fill in easily. It fixed the crack, when other attempts by different People, failed. Good product.
