It's hard to stay motivated when you are not happy with the tools to keep up with the demands of therapy. Since I needed to upgrade my band to another strength level and this seemed to be a nice way to do both.These are exceptional professional quality as I expected. I also have a balance ball from this company and am pleased with the qualit of both. The colors are lovely and unlike most sets I've found this one actually covers a pretty wide range of resistances in one set. The light isn't extremely light - but realistically for exercise rather than therapeutic uses that's actually good news.The band set is just slightly thicker/heavier than a similar set of therabands - but honestly it's such a small difference that I'm not sure it'll matter for most use cases.
