This was before bedtime and the burn lasted for two hours. I didn't think much of it being the lotion since I used another product with it and thought that it could have been just a reaction between the two. Second time use was by itself and the burning sensation came back and lasted for another two hours. I like to think the burning sensation is because of the lotion working (at least I hope so!) I'm giving it a couple more uses to really give it a five or one star.
