One - a 4500 in 2021 and the second - a 3500 in October 2022. The first stopped working within a few months and they sent me another which is still functioning fine. The second stopped working less than 5 months after purchase and the manufacturer responded to request a video and ask what the issue was but has since ghosted me for two months now. When they work, these are great winches but I cannot recommend a product that doesn't last half a year and doesn't have it's manufacturer's support. Wires could be a tad bit longer, I actually bought and spliced in little more wire to finish routing the wire to the battery at back of my atv way I wanted. Works good though. Haven't yet programmed the remote but the hardwired switch works fine that came with brackets for handlebar install.
