Vendor has no solution via email. I will throw them in garbage.I like the camera and the pictures / video are good. The follow me feature works but you can hear the motor if you listen carefully.I didn't know how to use a couple of features and emailed their customer service. I got one word answers twice, neither helped me at all. I sent them a screen shot and asked more questions.
