"Two day shipping" took 6 days to ship (8 to receive).All that aside; it's not flat elastic at the top and bottom, the fabric is rolled up and then sewn so it's very uncomfortable to walk on, and impossible to wear with shoes (guaranteed blisters).No part of it is particularly stretchy.
