The leather is thick and breathable, smooth but strong. The protections for riding are good enough, considering the leather is a protection itself, plus elbows and back foam protection. Interior has a removable liner, the collar has kind of fabric with foam, wich make it fell smooth in your neck. Smell is not very intense, it smells just as a any other new leather jacket.
