You have to make sure the top of the handset is clean and dry, then you pull off the cover on the adhesive strip to the underside of the Shoulder rest and simply press on to the handset. It immediately adheres perfectly, and does not come off unless you want to remove it for some reason: This is a sturdy attachment. I have been using a Softalk Phone Shoulder rest for office landline phones for years. I don't know how anyone can do without this essential piece of equipment! This is super easy to apply to the phone handset. You have to make sure the top of the handset is clean and dry, then you pull off the cover on the adhesive strip to the underside of the Shoulder rest and simply press on to the handset. It immediately adheres perfectly, and does not come off unless you want to remove it for some reason: This is a sturdy attachment. I like to put it a little bit to the top of the handset for perfect placement. Now you're ready for hands-free phone conversations. For a very small investment, you are going to save yourself a lot of neck and shoulder strain - a great value in my book! Once I order one for my phone, whomever I'm working with will immediately order one for themselves when they see what a difference this makes to my ease and comfort of being on the phone all day.
