I just recently started getting really lazy, but have always been into fitness and working out. I press moderately heavy weights with my legs, so usng this toner is the easiest thing in the world. However, since I have been lazy, I got it for when I am sitting around...it's a good way to keep my thighs toned and get my blood flowing while sitting on the sofa. I use it standing in a squat position too which actually works the sides of my butt and my thighs. This is a lot smaller than the one my sister had, but it serves its purpose. It would be a great workout for those with weak muscles or low strength or for physical therapy of some sort. It's good maintenance for a recent slacker like myself too lol!
