They are rescue birds and I don't know if they even know how to bathe... but the product itself is fine and the birds really like it. First off, they are made of cheap hard plastic, and come in two pieces that take a lot of muscle & patience to put together (neither of which I had) So I finally get them together, and they don't stay together with any sort of weight (water). So I had to super glue the seam. That worked.Next, I own three different size cages, with various size doors, and these things don't fit properly in any one of them. If you try to force it in, just a little, either the hooks break off, or the plastic cracks, making it unusable, before you even get a chance to use it.
