## Description

InVade™ Bio Zap™ is a versatile, ready-to-use microbial liquid for quickly eliminating organic odors at the source. Formulated with InVade™ Technology, exceptional results are obtained on a variety of surfaces without any harsh chemicals or odors. InVade Bio Zap contains premium, natural, scum-eating, odor eliminating microbes. Citrus oil provides a fresh and pleasant scent. Product may be diluted with 1 to 2 parts water for spraying in an ongoing maintenance program. Spray walls, floors, carpets and fabrics where pet, smoke, dead animal, skunk or excrement odors originate, just to the point of wetness. Always check a small area for color fastness before use. Rinse garbage receptacles with water and then spray product liberally onto surfaces. Spray gravel or soil surfaces in crawl spaces, concrete in basements or garages and other areas where sewage or wildlife have left odors. Spray into cracks, crevices, on floors, in garbage receptacles, bathroom walls, voids and urinals to eliminate odors. InVade Bio Zap may also be fogged into crawlspaces. Do not apply to direct food contact surfaces. Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. If more than an incidental amount is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Give one glass of water and do not induce vomiting. Wash hands well after use. If in eyes, remove contacts and flush with water for 15 minutes. Seek medical attention for any persistent irritation. Store in a closed, appropriately labeled container between 35 and 95 °F

Review: Works well. - This works well to eliminate organic odors.
Review: Double bad smell! - I originally wrote the following on the gallon size of the same product: I have used Bio Zap at home and work; Sadly, a skunk died under the shrubbery next to my house. Double bad smell!! I poured a liberal amount of Bio Zap all over it 2 days in a row, and by the next week it was gone. I also sprayed a large area of our side yard where the neighborhood critters think their bathroom is, and where organic detritus also tends to collect. I can never open the windows on that end of the house because of the musty/urine combo odor. I only had enough Bio Zap left for one application; it almost completely got rid of the smell but I need more to keep up effectiveness after rainy weather/more cats visiting. At our apartment complex I've been using BioZap for some months, to clean mostly cement - grease at BBQs, bird poo, sap, various other spills/substances, and also our water-less urinal. The bird poo clears up surprisingly quick; I’m not sure if it is slower at eating grease or if there are just more messy people at the BBQ’s . Most other stains/substances clear up within days. Those old gum spots don’t, but this week I tried scraping them first; we’ll see if it can eat it now. I want to order a large amount to spray in our dumpsters to clean built up crud/eliminate odor; but if I am going to spend this much I want the most effective of your products for the job(s). update (almost a year later) -- nope, it doesn't clean/eat the old gum. but the ground in front of the bbq's is even cleaner - the dark grease stains never last more than a couple days, and the side of the house has not smelled in the year since- I open the windows all the time now. hooray!
