Designed for 1988-2018 light- and medium-duty gas trucks (excluding '04-08 Ford), it delivers a rich, throaty muscle-car sound while improving exhaust efficiency. This kit requires professional installation and may need fabrication for a perfect fit. ## Description Upgrade to performance dual exhaust with a Flowmaster Original 40 Series muffler and give your truck that rich, throaty rumble that you might otherwise expect to hear from a muscle car. The Flowmaster 40 series muffler (430402) contains one large V on the inside, for excellent performance. This muffler will give you that classic Flowmaster sound, with aggressive exterior and interior tone. Our Dual Exhaust kits contain premium 2.5" pipes, with superior-quality mandrel bends that will improve the exhaust flow and may give you the boost in power and fuel economy normally found in much more expensive systems. Our pipes are aluminized to increase lifespan and durability, and are exclusively custom-bent for us in Springfield, MO. These pipes exit under the rear of the truck, parallel with the outside edge of the frame rail. They are designed to clear the OEM-installed receiver hitch and OEM-sized spare tire. The tailpipes are cut into two pieces for shipping, and swedged for easy slip-together assembly. Our system is designed to fit all wheel-base applications, simply trim the tailpipes to fit. This basic kit includes everything from the muffler to the bumper. This kit does not include tips. Fits: 1988-2018 light- and medium-duty gas models of Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, Dodge Ram & Ford F-Series EXCEPT '04-08 Ford.
