They were nice enough to offer me a replacement, and within a week or so I received my replacement. It arrived in a bubble wrapped sealed envelope, with no official packaging whatsoever. The bottle and lid were separately wrapped in what looked like used bags. Once I took out the lid, it was dirty and scratched. The spout looked especially used. Needless to say I was very disappointed, that even after having an issue, I receive a replacement that isn't new. It seems to me there are a lot of these separate parts just sitting someplace, waiting to be used as replacements. After DEEPLY washing the bottle, I got it to where it looked much better, but still far from new. I've upgraded my rating from 1 to 2 stars. A big plus for customer service, but still a big negative for sending what I can only describe as a used bottle.UPDATE #1After 3-4 weeks of use, the bottle cracked entirely on its own. I know that sounds very unlikely but there's no other way for me to explain it. I leave it in the fridge filled with water, and one morning I took it out, took a sip and realized there was no suction. After closer inspection the grey part of the entire lid was cracked, and so the suction was gone. This crack results in a useless bottle now, and I am left with no choice but to throw it out. Up until it cracked, I really enjoyed the bottle! I have no reason to exaggerate how quickly and effortlessly it cracked, and seemingly—completely on its own. I purchased a second bottle, about half the price, and aside from the narrower straw resulting in a slower sipping speed, I must say its been working much much better! So don't be shy'd away by price.Original Post: Great bottle, love the double walls for non-sweating. Love the large spout for easy drinking. The only thing I didn't like was the size and height. It fits pretty much exactly 1 standard bottle of water. This might be fine for a lot of people, but for others, when your thirsty, you don't want to be refilling constantly. I also didn't like that the base was small. I wish it was a bit larger and wasn't as easy to topple over. But if this might simply be because they'd like for you to be able to use it in more standard cupholder sizes. I haven't tested the fit inside of a car, but I'm assuming it would fit. However, it doesn't take well to falling from table top heights. The first time it was knocked from a table, the tab on the spout broke. I was able to repair it with adhesive. The second time it fell, the mount for the straw broke away from the drinking spout. That damage is likely fatal. This unit is much nicer and more convenient than traditional water bottles, but its durability is much less.Update: I love this water bottle, but was disappointed when the top was damaged by a fall from a table to our laminate flooring. Steve, from Nutrawork, saw my review and offered to send a replacement top. It arrived yesterday, and was put to use immediately. I hope that future versions of the bottle will have a more robust design for the lid, but am otherwise very happy with it. It has an innovative design for the lid and drinking spout, which allows it to be spill-proof. Being double-walled, there is no condensation on the outside, which has been a problem with ice water in other bottles. The main selling point for me, was the advertisement of a non sweating bottle. That is 100% true, I have put ice cold water in the bottle, leaving it out in a high humid area. Not even a drop of water comes off the bottle, while the contents stay cool. It seems very durable, for daily use. The flip of drinking spout makes the bottle almost leak proof. Both those qualities make it great for leaving on your desk while working. No more water dripping on papers, or knocking over the bottles and spilling your beverage on your desk.Only complaints I have are that when i first got it, the straw would not stay on the lid. After using it for a few days I haven't had a problem since. I would recommend hand washing it, i tried the dishwasher route. And I could taste a little bit a soap residue left over.
