When I first got them both in the mail, I was immediately pleased with my daughters because her name was clearly structured. Although it wasn't as precise as the photos advertised, it was doable for the price paid and didn't have so much of a cheap look to it. Now my first necklace on the other hand was terrible. As you can see from the photos the T looked like an F. I was ready to give a bad review until I came across the card that came with the necklace, that read to contact them with concerns if you weren't satisfied before writing a negative review.
