I like that you can fill the bottom with your choice of oil, put the center cap on, put your felt in the top and close it up and just turn it upsidown and get more oil on your felt. It's less messy than having to carry your bottle around with you and the felt isn't saturated and leaving oil spots on your clothing like I have found other necklaces to do. It arrived just in time as I am sick so I am wearing it right now with some "breathe easy" oil to help battle my congestion. I figure because of the size, later on when I am feeling better I can swap it out with some grapefruit or citrus and use it as an air freshener in the car.
