The key action is a bit different than I was expecting. When you turn the key in a normal storeroom lockset, the key actually operates the latch and the you remove the key and the latch returns to position. This lockset unlocks the handle and you then have to move the handle to operate the latch. The key is retained in the lock until you move it back to the lock position. It's somewhat semantic but more difficult to operate than the industry standard. I won't buy these again for that reason. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Habla Español? *by H***T on May 13, 2017* I searched high and low to find door hardware that fit 1-1/4" doors, and these came through for the win.Good heavy feel, flimsy operation though... handle is always loose inside it's housing, and the opening mechanism is a bit "crunchy", rather than smooth. However, for the price, I wasn't expecting mind-blowing quality.Also, do you habla español? You'd better, because all the enclosed instructions were in Spanish only and no other languages. Thankfully, I knew how to install the hardware. If you don't, I'd recommend a full course of Rosetta Stone - Spanish or find a friend who knows how to change a door knob. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome product for a great price. *by A***R on April 20, 2016* The lock itself is sturdy and feels strong. I like the design - I got the wave style - and I love the color it's a brushed satin nickel.Instructions and installation was very clear and easy to follow, reversing the handle from right to left was also very easy.What else is there to say...
