After having tried more brands of olive oil than I can remember, I finally found Olio Santo and am sticking with it.  It is a versatile oil in that it is light enough for salad dressings and strong enough for cooking without being overpowering.  I was also glad to have found it on Amazon since it is less expensive than purchasing it from the California based company that makes it.

THIS OLIVE OIL IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED. IT PUTS SOME OF THE ITALIAN AND SPANISH OLIVE OILS TO SHAME. IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE LABEL ON THE BAREFOOT CONTESSA SHOW, AND ALAS, SHE TURNED THE BOTTLE AROUND AND GOTCHA!REAL REAL GOOD EVOOD STEINHAUSERN BABYLON NY
