I had an arm lift and this definitely keeps everything nice and snug and allows your healing skin to stay flat and smooth around the stitches. The ONLY downside is if your arm lift incisions go down your armpit, the seams of this compression garment WILL press against your incisions and highly irritate them. I suggest wearing a self adhesive bandage on your armpit incision before putting this on.
