This would be comfy and nice as a coverup shirt but not useful in the water. The shirt rides up from bottom, I had to tuck it into pants. Also, sleeves have too much fabric and no resistance at wrists so they move up when you swim. Depending on your use, I would definitely size down. I usually wear a size 10 (34DD) but Medium was definitely too big...although it looked fine over swimsuit and swim leggings.
