Unfortunately, left earbud battery keep in less than 10% in all times recently. Even put it back to the case charging over 24 hours. The left earbud's battery is still not fully charged, and only last for few minutes, at most 3 minutes.So, I bought another new FEM try to have self-test the issue, see whether it comes from fail of case charging or left earbud battery issue. Finally, I found that it is definitely the problem of earbud, since I found the left earbud from new FEM still have the same problem. It maybe the same batch of product got defect so how.
