These are a brighter green than Shaklee, which may indicate faster/fresher processing. Each Pines tablet has a little more alfalfa than the Shaklee, so it takes slightly fewer tablets to be an equal amount. When I first started purchasing Pines, it was cheaper than the Shaklee, but this is no longer the case.
