Worth the cost for a great faucet.
Well worth the price for a solid piece of hardware. We looked at a lot of pull down faucets and chose the Simplice based on the wider arch giving it a much more substantial look and feel.We love the matte black finish, which works perfectly with the rest of our kitchen (white sink, beech countertops, black door fronts), although it can make finding matching accessories more difficult. The finish feels durable, doesn't show water marks easily and is easy to clean to boot.Installation was a snap - the philips head screw bracket is SO much easier to deal with than traditional faucet nuts, and with the weight zip-tied to the hose in the right spot (following the instructions!) the pull-down retracts perfectly *every time* - no need for fancy-sounding magnetic tips or anything.Lastly - the pause button and 'spray sweep' head are a joy to use. I thought the fan-shaped spray would be a gimmick but it's surprisingly useful once you start using it!

Water Leaks from Handle
I love the Matt Black Color it looks wonderful in our Kitchen. It leaks spent $75.00 for a plumber to come out and see what could be done, he said return it! Kohler makes wonderful products but their faucets always leak like ours. So I have come to see about return and missed it by 8 days! I'm not happy! it was an expensive faucet!!

Check and make sure you have all the pieces.
Was missing some pieces required for installation. Koehler sent it over night which was great but still a hassle to have to do it and be without a faucet because we had already disconnected and broke the old one. Very nice faucet though.

So far, it works like it should
We've had it for a couple of months. It's a solid faucet. If I have one complaint, I'd like for the pull down nozzle to have a positive magnetic clasp that secures it to the base. It has sometimes will hang loosely despite the weight.

love this faucet
nice looking faucet, i got it to match my composit granit black sink . I got an american standard and sent it back as soon as it came out of the box. This is much nicer more expensive looking faucet and it was more expensive. You get what you pay for
