A: The packaging doesn't say where the batteris were manufactured. But Panasonic has 4 manufacturing plans in Japan where they manufactured almost all their batteris.

**Q: can these replace CR123A batteries?**
A: No - CR2 batteries are shorter than C123A

**Q: What is the warranty?**
A: it will last until it's drained- there's no way to accurately answer this question, since devices draw amps at different rates. i've had good luck with them though.
