And it uses magnesium carbonate as an anti-caking agent which is pricier but better than those used in the U.S. which prioritizes $ over everything else.
Review: Tastes better than the other salt substitutes. - Years ago, my doctor put me on a low-sodium diet as I had developed hypertension. 1500 mgm a day...which is roughly 500 mgm per meal. Yikes. I've tried other salt substitutes over the years, most of them are just potassium, and no one would ever mistake the taste of potassium for salt. This tastes more like real salt. The size is better; I've had this one item for several months now. I think it's a better value for the money. As always, be sure and read the label, as this does contain a small amount of sodium. I plan on buying this again in the future.

**Q: What ia the packing date of this salt nd expiry**
A: Sorry can't answer look back on my orders and have not ordered any this year if I go back more you would not have a good date - sorry I can't help

**Q: How much mg of potassium? Can't be seen on the pictures!**
A: I don't have this particular product on hand right now but found something on Amazon. 170 mg sodium and 450 mg potassium. Probably in 1/4 tsp? Hope that helps

Definitely the best salt substitute I’ve ever tasted, but this way to reduce my sodium is just not for me. Were I continue to use this modality I would use this. Hence, my rating of ‘only 4 stars’ hence no 5 star rating from me. The health benefits, ease of use, size & weight of product are all ok. FOR ME: I have decided I live my life healthily and reduce my sodium levels in other ways. IF YOU SEEK A SODIUM SUBSTITUTE, BUY THIS ONE!
