Build quality is rubbish **Q: If you were sitting on the bench when it is in a horizontal(flat)position as if you were using it as a chair, what is the height from the floor?** A: Sorry, this is a sit up bench and doesn't go to a flat position. It's always at an incline to some degree. **Q: What is the max weight or load for each degree from incline, flat, and decline? i'm 5'7" at 150lbs, and max bench at 325.** A: Not really sure but i'm 6'1 235lbs and I have no issues at any degree. Its pretty darn solid but You can also screw in the support lug which stops the bench from moving or dropping degrees on its own. If you want to make sure no issue of moving you can simple adjust a knob to lock more of the bolt in place.
