I prefer the chocolate flavor though. The best thing about these shakes is I feel SOOO good for so many hours afterwards. They are expensive, but I can’t go back to my old vegan protein shake. My body just loves this shake. My energy is up, my mood is up, my sleep is better. Keeps me full for hours and my blood sugar is stable, which has been a big problem for me in the past. It blends well with just plain water. I mix in some fruit & greens and it keeps me feeling full. I found that it took a fair amount of time and didn't taste that great. I purchased this mix instead and used it for the next two weeks. The container lasts exactly two weeks. Two scoops per serving or 4 scoops per day. I don't understand the complaints about the taste. I thought it was really good. I added some berries and cacao powder. Really tasted great.
