I ordered a men's XL and I ended up giving it to my 10 year old son and it fit him just fine. To give you some perspective, I'm 5'11, 190 lbs. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It's cheap but runs small. *by M***R on July 3, 2019* I'm 5'10, 230 LBS (a little out of shape, I know). Bought this as part of my gym attire but when it arrived the 2-XL I ordered fit very tight. I'm in agreement with everyone else- if you're short then one size up, if you're tall and have long limbs then two sizes up. If you're like me and above average height with above average weight (I think at 205 LBS it would have fit perfectly, the 2-XL) then go possibly 3 sizes up. I'm going to buy the 3-XL and see how it goes. Of course one must keep in mind that these were made in China, and possibly built with the asian frame in mind. But hey, its like $15 for a track suit, if it doesn't fit it's cheap enough to give to someone else and buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These run small *by M***S on January 4, 2019* I got this for my boyfriend.
