Q: Where can I get replacement aluminum poles. mine got bent in a windstorm

Hey drew, you can call alps mountaineering directly and they can send you replacement poles for your tent. Since they were damaged during use, they won't be covered under the warranty; they only replace parts for free if it was the fault of the manufacturer. 800-344-2577

Q: What is the dimension when it's packed up?

You can pack it up shorter, if you take the poles out of the tent bag. The poles have their own bag, so you can easily do this, especially if you want to split the weight between two hikers.

Q: Is this ok for bike packing?

packed up I can put it in my saddle bag. I just checked for you I have a Honda shadow 750 with leather bags. Now if you wonder about an adventure or trail bike it's about 5 to 6 inches round and about 12 inches long when packed up. Hope this helps.
