But the outside of my windows were quite dirty so there is no way the tiny little cleaning pad on the corner of the device would be able to clean. There is no way to add a larger cleaning cloth to get the job done.While I applaud the effort to design attempt, this did not work well for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good once you figure it out *by B***D on Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2021* I figured out that 1 is the lowest setting and that you "dial" it after the two pieces are facing one another on the glass. Make sure to tie off the string - I used the handle of the window. Once you get a rhythm and flow going it works pretty well - you just have to learn the right pattern for the squeegee part to get your window clean. Then I bring the device toward the open part of the window and use a piece of paper towel to get the last bit - because the minute you stop to grab it you have a smudge. The windows here which open just enough to get your arm out and are 3 stories up are the cleanest I've seen in 6 years of working here.
