First of all pay attention to the sellers size chart. I measured my 7 yo (who has been a consistent size 8 since he was 6) and realized that this suit would be too big if I ordered in his regular size. If you don't mind a suit fitting larger so your child can wear it longer, then ordering his regular size will work. However as one of Jehovah's witnesses, our children wear suits 2-3 times a week, so I wanted it to fit properly. The 7 was perfect....especially for the price. He felt like a little man. The jacket has an inside pocket which he was over the moon about. My only complaint is that the pocket square is unremovable. With a suit this adorable I would like to be able to switch up the tie for different looks...so I will take this to my alterations man and have it removed so I will not be restricted in what tie he can wear. If you are looking for an affordable, but very nice suit, then this one will serve you well. I willsay that pants seemed to be a little bigger in proportion to the rest of the suit, however this is the easiest of all issues to have. There are inside adjusters and bent loops as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice suit *by H***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 12, 2017* I bought a size 16, as most of the reviewers seem to be ordering the smaller sizes I will give some input on the larger end. The suit fits very well and the measurements seem to match the size chart very nicely. I have a 13 year old who has outgrown everything in all the local boys departments due to his height, but thanks to body stature similar to a sign post he can't fill out most things in the men's department. Especially not a suit. It certainly doesn't look tailored, but it gets the job done and is of decent quality. We only need it for a series of speeches he will be giving over the summer, I expect it won't fit longer than that anyway as we already have to replace his entire wardrobe three or four times a year! I would have happily given this suit 5 stars, however this suit doesn't look like the pictured Dark Navy Blue. I expected a very dark navy, but this suit is very much more deep charcoal than navy. Even in natural lighting I don't see blue tones at all. The man-child was very disappointed in the color but since this is the only suit set we could find in his size without spending a ton and then alterations to boot we will be keeping it. If you're looking for a suit to match a wedding party or family photo, be aware that the blue is not blue at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great suit and great value - but the tie is tiny on for size 14 *by S***K on Reviewed in the United States on May 25, 2016* I really like the way this suit fits my boys. The inside of the pants are a little scratchy but not a big deal if the shirt is getting tucked anyway. I really like this suit a lot and would absolutely order it again. My only complaint is the tie. I ordered a size 8 and 14 for my boys. The tie for the size 8 is the same size as the tie on the size 14. It looks fine for the 8 year old but is WAY too short for the size 14, but we planned on wearing a different tie anyway so it isn't a big deal.SIZING: I didn't not find the upper sizes to be big, as per reviews. I ordered a size 8 for my kid who usually wears a size 8 and it was maybe a tiny bit big through the shoulders. I ordered a 12 for my order kid because he is between a 12 and 14 and the 12 was definitely too small so I returned for a 14 and even the 14 is a little snug.
