    Pretty much the definitive guide to health for men

Clear, concise  but also comprehensive, humorous, sensible not wacky, well-designed, and above all written with men in mind. I particularly liked the Quick Win tips and the men's personal stories. This book would make a great present for a dad, brother, son - actually pretty much any man. It doesn't mention COVID (it must have been written before the pandemic) but following its advice about adopting a healthier lifestyle could well reduce the risks of serious illness. Highly recommended. Well done, Jim Pollard.

Book is great and what i wanted.  Delivery was disappointing, just dumped on the top of letter boxes in the flats lobby. i was informed that this was posted through my letter box. they could have rang the doorbell.
