Upon using the brush at first it did it’s job. However, after using it a few times the bristles began to fall off, tiny pieces at first, but soon noticeable strands broke off. My beard is very small and well groomed. I contacted their customer service and after two days with no response I decided to throw it away. A few days later I was asked if I would like to be refunded.
