    Literally worked within 7 days.  I took one twice a day, morning and night.  A week later, the hot flushes that had literally just started up over night - 5 or 6 a night - gone.  I shall drop it down to 1 a day now that I've had 3 flush-free nights in a row.

    Really pleased it tried them  feel better in myself took the edge of the constant hell we all know as the menopause would definitely recommend them need to take them for at least a few weeks before you feel the benefit and keep taking them
