Assuming the hub on your car would be true (i.e. perfectly perpendicular to the shaft), the outer surface of this product when installed properly will NOT be perpendicular to your shaft and will cause a wobble on your tires, poor handling, definitely a shimmy on the steering wheel, besides other issues. Very poor quality, should not have been sold to the customer.
