Carrying the bottle along with items requiring both hands is impossible. This paracord handle frees my hands to carry everything I need to while my Swell bottle is comfortably carried on my wrist without creating any pressure marks, abraised areas, etc. The clip allows for attachment to strollers, bicycles, and backpacks, and much more.
