Tips *by C***H on March 17, 2025* Absolutely love Simply Tera’s protein powder. I am on a weight loss injection medication (GLP-1) and need extra intake of protein to prevent muscle loss. This helps me keep muscle, does not affect weight, and gives me the extra energy I need when lacking protein in my diet. I prefer to have one serving twice a day. I find it is good mixed in my morning coffee and is completely fine in water. I prefer the chocolate flavor for drinking with plain water. As with any high intake of protein, it is important to also have an adequate amount of fiber so be sure to take that into account when having any concerns about constipation when using protein powders. You have to make sure that you are having enough fiber to have regular bowel movements.
