I received my book on Friday and have not put it down all weekend. Not only is it beautifully written and illustrated like the first book but it's so fresh. There's no repetition from the first book - there's new recipes, new tips and more importantly for me, there's bags of motivation. I dont have psoriasis, I have eczema and very senstive skin. I bought the first book to do with my sister who has suffered from psoriasis and eczema since I can remember (we're 49 & 50) and she eventually ended up on biologics. We did the first book together with amazing results so I was eager to see what Hanna was going to present us with next. We can't wait to try the new recipes, where by the way, you can get pretty much all of the ingredients from your local Aldi (other Supermarkets are available). It covers diet, mind, exercise, sleep and skincare and is full of practical suggestions that are easy to implement. As other reviewers have said, you don't need to have read Hanna's first book, 'Radiant' to use this, plus its layout and style make it easy to read - I've already started using lots of ideas! There are lots of delicious-sounding recipes too which I can't wait to try!
